Every client is allocated a dedicated account manager who is responsible for ensuring their ongoing needs are met. Maintaining continuous contact at all levels they will identify system and process improvements, monitor feedback calls handled by the help desk and monitor upgrade rollouts.

Our products are continuously developed to meet the changing needs of our clients. All of our software enhancements and upgrades are available as part of the support agreement.
