Reporting and Data Analysis Tool
Our solution comes with over 200 standard reports which can be scheduled or run in real-time, with the ability to export the reports to a number of industry standard formats. Additionally there are powerful analysis tools and the facility to produce customised reports to meet your business needs.
Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled Maintenance allows the user to track the position of individual units/vehicles within their scheduled maintenance plan.
Stores & Purchasing
The Stores and Purchasing module enhances Fleet, Job or Task Costing details. Operating in conjunction with existing business systems it records details against a task, vehicle, cost centre, customer or employee. Providing a full audit trail facility, the system interfaces to the ledgers of account packages.
Warranty Control
Any parts that are replaced during their warranty period trigger the Warranty Control module to automatically print out a claim label with all the necessary information. Significant cost savings have been achieved with this module.
Workshop Control
The maintenance and repairs performed on a vehicle are recorded through the entry of 'Job Cards' onto the system.
